This game was made in 72 hours by MattBann for GeoJam 2022.
How to play
You are presented with a choice of red or blue. Red gives you the ability to reduce the mass of any target shape via a projectile and therefore reduce the size of a pursuer so they can't eat you. Blue gives you the ability to speed boost for 3 seconds, allowing you to escape conflict. Both abilities have a 30 second cooldown and are activated by pressing space. For movement, your shape will follow the mouse pointer. The aim is to survive and thrive.
About the development
This is my second game jam project. Although I had 72 hours, more than my first, I ended up with far less than that due to personal reasons. That said I have managed get something out, simple as it is. I've enjoyed the process of creating this game, and have learnt much about game development, both in Godot and the development process as well. My time management still needs a bit of work though.
